Products sold at our website www.moxikart.com are 100% genuine and brand new. We have a different warranty period for different products. Manufacturers like Amaron, Exide, Sukam, Microtek, Luminous, etc. are solely responsible for the warranty of their respective products. The claim of the manufacturer over the warranty period will be considered final for the customer.
Please ensure that no claims related to warranty period will be considered without the original warranty card along with the copy of the invoice. However, the manufacturers sometimes do not provide warranty cards along with the products delivered. In such a condition, the invoice copy is a must that must be kept carefully in case of urgency.
When to claim for warranty?
Ther are very fewer chances that you might face any issue related to the device but, in case you do, we are there to guide your way out. Ask for help whenever there are conditions like:
  • Problem-related to the installation of the device or in case you are unable to understand the proper working of the device.
  • Technical issues with the batteries
  • When the battery is not getting charged properly or not giving the proper output, i.e. not working for the number of hours it should.
How to claim a warranty on any product during the warranty period?
It includes a detailed procedure that has to be followed. Some original documents are required like the invoice copy and the warranty card to claim repair or replacement of the product. Below mentioned are the steps in brief:
  • Present your original documents:
On delivery of the products, customers are handed with bills and warranty cards which are a must to claim any repair or replacement of the product.
  • Call the customer care:
Every brand has their respective service centres which are there to help customers in case they find some trouble with their product. These customer care has their numbers to contact as well. Hence, if you discover any serious issue with the device, then, make a call straight away to the customer care service desk of that particular brand. Provide details to the representative who picks your request and tell them about the problems you have been facing.
  • Schedule a day:
The team at the customer care office goes through the problem. So, choose a particular day to diagnose and resolve the problem.
  • Never miss out on the original documents which include the bill and the warranty card. You must hand over a copy of these documents to the service personnel who attends your device.
For any installation, technical or any other problems drop a call to the customer care service of the respective manufacturers. Some of the devices have details of the warranty installed on the device itself.
Please Note: No claims related to warranty will be entertained by any manufacturer without the Original Warranty Card and the Invoice Copy. In some of the cases, the company doesn’t provide any Warranty Card, is such a case the Invoice Copy should be preserved.
